OnePlus Nord 2 the successor of OnePlus Nord is expected to be launch in second quarter of this year. This Nord model is gone be the fourth of the Nord series other are Nord 10 5G, Nord N100 an Nord.
OnePlus Nord 2 is rumored to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC chipset which is very different from the one used in OnePlus Nord that is Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor. MediaTek Dimensity designed to support up to 16GB of RAM and also support the new 5G technology, so this 5G technology might be the reason behind the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC processor which launched in January this year.
As OnePlus now moving to the MediaTek processors its going to be very interesting to see the upcoming OnePlus smartphones because since 2013 OnePlus only uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon processors in all its devices.
